Each month, We Are Change Colorado hosts an 11th of the month, 9/11 truth action, where we engage the public with free DVDs detailing the chilling evidence that controlled demolitions were used to bring down the three World Trade Center towers that collapsed, at near free-fall speed on September 11, 2001. This month, we decided to go back to the New World Airport, also known as Denver International Airport (DIA). Although there is plenty of talk whether or not Denver is the headquarters of the New World Order, with its many deep underground military bases scattered across the front-range and brand new federal courthouses/ jails undergoing construction in downtown, we stuck to just 9/11 for this action. It’s just too easy; say it with me now everyone… nine-point-eight-meters-per-second-squared-physics-doesn’t-lie.

We asked three questions; were travelers willing to give up their most basic civil liberties for safety, had they ever been personally affected by terrorism, in their everyday lives and for our final question, we asked each person how many steel structure buildings collapsed, at near free-fall speed, in New York City, on September 11th. If they answered the question correctly, they would receive a hug and if they were wrong they would be given a free DVD by Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth. http://www.ae911truth.org/

We interviewed anyone who was brave enough to stand in front of the camera for 3 questions, so one camera battery charge and 4.5 hours later, we came away with over an hour of great footage from the reactions of people who didn’t even realize a third building even collapsed in Manhattan that same day. I am trying to understand the thinking behind the great many Americans who have decided to vote for a mainstream politician in 2012.

Now before you read the below and send me an angry email telling me I should be nice, that I should try to persuade them through love, etc., let me note that I have generally done that. Myvideo appeal to Iowa radio host Steve Deace was a friendly, reasoned discussion of Ron Paul and Newt Gingrich. My videos about Rick Santorum have been straightforward examinations of the facts. (See my video on Santorum’s view that we need inflation in order to prosper, and my video on why Catholics should instead vote for Ron Paul.)

But once in a while you just can’t take it anymore, and you have to let loose.

So, whether they realize it or not, here are 26 things non-Paul supporters appear to be saying.

(1) The American political establishment has done a super job keeping our country prosperous and our liberties protected, so I’m sure whatever candidate they push on me is probably a good one.

(2) Our country is basically bankrupt. Unfunded entitlement liabilities are in excess of twice world GDP. Therefore, it’s a good idea to vote for someone who offers no specific spending cuts of any kind.

(3) Vague promises to cut spending are good enough for me, even though they have always resulted in higher spending in the past.

(4) I prefer a candidate who plays to the crowd, instead of having the courage to tell his audience things they may not want to hear.

(5) I am deeply concerned about spending. Therefore, I would like to vote for someone who supported Medicare Part D, thereby adding $7 trillion to Medicare’s unfunded liabilities.

(6) I am opposed to bailouts. Therefore, I will vote for a candidate who supported TARP.

(7) The federal government is much too involved in education, where it has no constitutional role. Therefore, I will vote for a candidate who supported expanding the Department of Education and favored the No Child Left Behind Act.

(8) Even though practically everyone was caught by surprise in the 2008 financial crisis, which we are still reeling from, it’s a good idea not to vote for the one man in politics who predicted exactly what was bound to unfold, all the way back in 2001.

(9) I am not impressed by a candidate who inspires people, especially young ones, to read the great economists and political philosophers.

(10) I am concerned about taxes. Therefore, I will not vote for the one candidate who has never supported a tax increase.

Bob Tuskin, host of  The Bob Tuskin Radio Show, was able to confront possible 9/11 co-conspirator Rudolph Giuliani at a recent speech Giuliani gave at the Phillips Center for Performing Arts that Giuliani was paid $65,000 to attend.

Bob tuskin asked aloud;

“Hey Rudy I got a quick question, what happened with building 7?”

The local press outlets such as the Alligator (where the story made the front page) reported on the interruption as most attendees clapped with glee saying;

“We came to see something”, a sheepish response.

Lord Justice Brian Henry Leveson has been charged to investigate the collaboration between police and media agencies
I am taking this step to intervene in the work of theLeveson Inquiry on the advice of my friend and colleague, human-rights lawyer Paul Warburton. As I understand it, Mr. Warburton’s contribution to the work of Lord Justice Leveson and his staff flows consistently from the former’s longstanding complaint about a very serious and ongoing instance of disinformation and fraud perpetrated for over a decade by the BBC and many other media venues whose credibility has quite properly been tarnished by revelations concerning the collaboration between police and the communications empire of Rupert Murdoch.

The Leveson Inquiry and the Role of the Police-Media Complex in the Subversion of Peace, Order and Good Governance

As Mr. Warburton and I see it, there is already much on the public record to indicate that the media-police collaboration exposed in the phone-hacking scandal goes far higher in the chain of command than anything that has been publicized so far in the revelations giving rise to the work of the Leveson Inquiry. This media-police collaboration pollutes the mental environment in ways that in many instances reduce electoral processes to cynical exercises in “public relations.” The term, “public relations,” was created decades ago by Edward Bernays to make more acceptable the investment of vast resources into the manipulative enterprise that until the era of Nazi thought control was openly identified in the West as “propaganda.”

In our current system, where the work of police officials and media manipulators sometimes becomes virtually indistinguishable from one another, most of our elected officials have been reduced to the role of actors playing out dramas concocted for them by operatives of both state-owned and corporate-owned info-entertainment cartels. These vehicles for the manufacturing of public opinion are integral agencies of the well-funded lobbies that have occupied and perverted our parliaments, legislatures and congresses.

The influence of these lobbies, but especially those representing the interconnected activities of the financial sector and the war machine, has become so immense that they have robbed our governments of legitimacy. I believe I speak for many when I assert that the corporate sponsors funding so much of the work of our dominant political class have overwhelmed the capacity of average men and women to exercise genuine self-determination through the agencies and individuals that are supposed to represent us. This stripping of legitimacy from our shared instruments of public governance has helped fuel the transformation of the Arab Spring into the worldwide Occupy Movement during the American Fall.

http://RTR.org | In what can only be considered a tragic irony, the U.S. Senate passed out of the final conference committee the controversial National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, coinciding with the 220th Anniversary of the ratification of the Bill of Rights. Section 1031 of the National Defense Authorization Act otherwise known as the NDAA, provides broad authority for the federal government to use the military in domestic operations in order to detain Americans indefinitely and without trial. Such a move not only whitewashes the natural rights of Americans, whereby even publicly criticizing the federal government can now rise to the purposefully vague definition of a “belligerent act”, it also sits in direct violation of “Posse Comitatus” an 1878 law forbidding use of the military at home and against Americans. As Congressman Paul stated, the bill requires absolutely no supporting evidence to issue the order of detention, instead leaving it up to the whim of the Executive Branch to act as Judge, Jury, and in some cases having already decreed the power to assassinate Americans earlier in the year, executioner.

The danger behind allowing any law that includes such arbitrary terms, as “belligerent act” simply cannot be overstated as the Department of Homeland Security has already published multiple reports labeling those who support the Constitution or protest the FEDERAL RESERVE to be “domestic belligerents” and thus in the eyes of the federal government a threat to National Security.

Even more disconcerting is the level of pompous disregard elected members of Congress show as they arrogantly eradicate the foundational principles of America, trampling upon the very ideals that helped spark the first American Revolution, with Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina recently stating during debate in the Senate:

“Please know, what will come your way: Death, Detention, and prosecution. And when they say, I want my lawyer, you tell them shut-up, you don’t get a lawyer.”

Further, Democratic Senator Carl Levin of Michigan, one of the bill’s primary sponsors who drafted the original version in secret along with Republican Senator John McCain, states The Obama Administration specifically requested Section 1031 of the bill be expanded to include the indefinite detention of Americans, threatening to veto the bill if it failed to encompass citizens and non-citizens alike.

However one member of Congress has openly stated that the Military should “NOT comply” if the order comes down to arrest ANY American on American soil. Here is Rep Justin Amash last night on Fox Business Andrew Napolitano’s show, FREEDOM WATCH:

According to the group “OPEN CONGRESS” an organization that tracks federal legislation, the bill receives private-sector support mainly from those involved in the receipt of military contracts, such a Honeywell. Honeywell, a company historically known by the public as a manufacturer of thermostats for heating and air conditioners, is in reality one of the largest U.S. military contractors, with revenues of over $4 billion and enthusiastically supports this draconian piece of legislation.

Thus, this bill now puts everyone whether Tea Party member, Occupy Wall Street protestor, Son or Daughter of the modern Liberty movement in the crosshairs of a federal government who sees the Constitution as an encumbrance upon their absolute and unquestionable rule.

With the bill now clearing both House and Senate conference committees as of this yesterday, the only hope at this point to halt the legislation from becoming law is for Patriotic Americans to flood the White House with telephone calls, emails, and faxes demanding this President not sign the bill into law. UTC Faculty Support Turns Chattanooga Symposium into Smash Hit

WeAreChangeTN.orgThe groundbreaking event, aptly coined “The Science of 9/11”, that was held at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) on November 15, 2011, proved to be a resounding success as depicted in the local Times Free Press. The evening began with the landmark DVD from Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth called “9/11: Explosive Evidence – Experts Speak Out”. The documentary, which assembles the startling evidence from and testimony of over 50 technical and building professionals calling for a real WTC investigation, was shown at the University Center Auditorium. Following the film, an in-depth panelist discussion was held with a lively Q&A segment.
The panelists (from left: Dr. Edwin Foster, Jim Hall, moderator Richard Winham, Dr. David Johnson, Ton Junod) provided insightful analysis of the WTC destructions. Even those who disagreed with the AE911Truth evidence acknowledged the need for accountability
The efforts of UTC and those involved can only be applauded as truly remarkable. Nearly 300 people attended the packed presentation, and many participated in the panel’s Q&A portion of the event. The students who attended left with differing world views and a much deeper scientific understanding of how the three World Trade Center towers were destroyed on September 11, 2001.The panel was comprised of experts from various fields which allowed for informed answers and opinions. While the panelists presented differing viewpoints on the WTC catastrophe, they all supported the increased need for raising crucial questions about the structural evidence and the government report provided by the National Institute for Science and Technology (NIST) that followed the 9/11 attacks. Included in the panel were the following:

Almost every seat was filled at the UTC auditorium as experts discussed the explosive 9/11 evidence live and on screen
Johnson offered tremendous information regarding the nano-thermite discovered in the dust samples taken from the area around the three WTC Towers. “I spent a good deal of time recently with Professor Niels Harrit in Toronto,” he said. “I was there in Toronto when Dr. Harrit took some of the dust from 9/11 that had been collected. In the dust, he found iron spheroids. It was pervasive in that dust and it should not have been there,” Johnson concluded. The nanothermite findings were published in the April, 2009 edition of the Bentham Open Chemical Physics Journal.Moderator Richard Winham asked Foster, one of the defenders of the official story, why WTC 7 “self immolated” hours after the destruction of the Twin Towers. “That’s not possible, is it”? Dr. Foster replied. “As I watched the whole film, it struck me that there were a lot of half truths, and a lot of the questions I can’t answer. There would be questions that I would have. And in my philosophy of a free society, everybody ought to ask questions and they ought to keep on asking questions.” Foster’s remarks were met with applause from the audience.

However, Foster continued by claiming that heat from fires could weaken columns and bar-joists enough at the impact zone to cause a sudden collapse such as a sledgehammer dropped on to a toothpick. This phenomenon, he stated, could cause an exponential chain reaction, reaching free-fall acceleration.An audience member and AE911Truth petition signer refuted Mr. Foster’s claim very eloquently. “There is not enough energy, there is a tremendous energy deficit, there is no jolt, and there is no deceleration,” he said. Another audience member brought up a good point: How did the bottom three-quarters of the building reduce its strength to a “toothpick” causing the entire 110 floors to fall in roughly 10 seconds? “That is ten floors per second!” she pointed out. “I can’t even clap my hands that fast. Can you guys?” Several audience members attempted, but were unable.

Eventually, Foster did emphasize the need for an investigation so that we could upgrade our codes, “such as was done after the 1993 WTC attack.”Johnson followed up the question of WTC7 by calling for an investigation by the National Academy of Engineering and the National Academy of Science. He made the point that “NIST is a very politicized organization… as we know”.A member of the audience named Harvey Howard spoke during the Q&A section regarding his personal experience with thermite in Korea. “In ranger training, I played the game of destroying what the engineers built a week before; we did it with thermite. I saw that a few of the columns at the World Trade Center were cut exactly at the angles we used to cut bridge structures to bring bridges down.”Colin Jordan, a New York City fireman who arrived late in the afternoon at Ground Zero that day, was amazed by the amount of dust that was present. “Every fireman I know, they would take everything out in five gallon buckets, and it was all dust” he recalled. “I heard many firemen working the pile say, ‘not a desk, not a chair…’ and no matter how it happened, it was the only fire I had ever been to that was just dust.”We Are Change Tennessee activist Tim Ramsay had a chance to interview Jordan after the presentation about his personal 9/11 story. Jordan had never seen any of the information presented in the film, and he was not expecting the information that he received. It was quite clear that he left the presentation saddened, yet empowered by his deeper understanding of 9/11. It is stories like this that breathe passion into the 9/11 Truth movement.The idea of setting our emotions aside to deal with the scientific facts in a dispassionate manner was a common theme in both the panel and audience comments.Jim Hall described the difficulty that this situation presents. “The hardest thing to investigate is yourself,” he explained. “If you ever allow your emotions to get involved in the investigation, you’re probably guaranteed not to do as good of a job as you need to do”.

Architects & Engineers For 9/11 Truth brought us the hard science of the three World Trade Center collapses, providing credibility in our quest for truth. Let’s not forget, however, what gives us the motivation to make videos, write articles, and disseminate the evidence. While the science adds to our credibility, it is our passion for truth and justice that drives us.

Repeating the success of “The Science of 9/11” nationwide 

The UTC conference was one of the most well-received 9/11 Truth events at any college campus in the United States, and the participation of distinguished faculty and technical experts made an impact that supporters have been seeking for years. How can activists at other universities learn from the success of this event and build upon it in the future? Organizer Matthew Hine described what it took to turn this idea into reality.

For Hine, the first step of the process started with the academic staff. “I obtained the email addresses of the entire faculty of UTC and the UTK engineering and architecture faculty from their web sites,” he explained. “I sent every one an email with a link to an AE911Truth video, and invited them to attend the premiere of “9/11: Explosive Evidence – Experts Speak Out” at the Chattanooga Public Library.“None of them attended, but I did get an email from a couple of UTC faculty members who asked for a private screening of the “Experts Speak Out” pre-release. After they viewed it, I had several conversations with them, and they decided they wanted to sponsor an on-campus screening.”Dr. Lyn Miles, an anthropology professor at UTC, was one of those who joined in the effort to stage a screening at the University. She asked the Office of Diversity if they would be interested in co-sponsoring, and funds were obtained to handle the transportation of the speakers. She also arranged for Winham to serve as the moderator.Once the symposium had been scheduled, the promotional efforts began in earnest. “I again sent an email to every member of the UTC faculty, inviting them to the event,” Hine recounted. “Posters and flyers were placed on campus, and Dr. Miles wrote an article for the student newspaper announcing the event.”As news of the upcoming symposium spread, other faculty members joined in the outreach effort. Some professors were so supportive that they encouraged their students to attend and write a paper for extra course credit.After the event, Dr. Miles illustrated how “The Science of 9/11” brought intelligent discussion to such a controversial issue:“Exploring how the scientific method could be used to analyze societal events was the goal of our program. We had a fantastic event, with a total headcount of approximately 275 participants who filled the UC auditorium with signs, literature, pressing questions, and applause — differing on the details and hypotheses, but all agreeing that we need a real scientific inquiry into the events of 9/11.”

Miles has invited a member of the UTC faculty to arrange another seminar with a keener focus on engineering and architectural considerations. It’s also possible that a UTK professor of architecture might be interested in an event at the University in Knoxville, so stay tuned for future updates.

In the end, Hine concluded that the key to a fruitful 9/11 event on campus is reaching out to the professors. “I think you need interest at the faculty level within the University to get a good turn out,” he said.
